If you’ve applied for a job with an employer that uses the Revelian system, or completed Revelian assessments, you will have created a Revelian account. If you can’t remember your password, click ‘Forgot Your Password?’.
Your account cannot be deleted, but it can be made inactive. You can withdraw any applications you’ve submitted to employers by logging in to your Revelian account at app.revelian.com/myprofile, clicking the position’s name and checking the ‘Withdraw my application’ box.
You can also request that employers not contact you about future positions by clicking the ‘My Profile’ link at the top right of the screen and then ‘Edit’ in the personal details section, then removing the tick from the ‘I am happy for employers to notify me about future opportunities’ box.
If you are logging in at www.revelian.com/myprofile or are logging in to complete assessments, click the ‘Forgot Your Password’ link. Instructions to reset your password will be sent to your registered email address.
Click the ‘Forgot Your Password?’ link on the Login screen and try entering all of the email addresses you might have used to set up your Revelian account. When the system recognises an email address, it will display all records for that address.
When you update your email address, we check that the address is valid using an email lookup service. If your address is not recognised by the service, you will receive an ‘invalid email’ message.
Occasionally there may be issues – for example your mail server may be down – and the service is not able to recognise that a legitimate address is valid. If this is the case, you can try using another email address if you have one, or lodge an online enquiry and we’ll be happy to help you.
You are not required to complete your Revelian Account Profile to 100% to submit a job application. However, the more of your Revelian Account Profile information you provide, the more employers you apply for jobs with can find out about you.
