There are several good reasons for setting up a Revelian account.
1. So that you can assess yourself
If you want to find out about your unique behavioural style, or see how fast and accurately you can type, you can create a Revelian account and complete one or both of these assessments, without having to be invited by an employer.
This means you can gain insight into your behavioural strengths and how you interact with others, and also how fast you are at typing. You can then share your results with your friends, family and colleagues – and invite them to complete the assessments too and compare your results.
2. Because top employers use Revelian
Because many top organisations use Revelian to collect applications and assess candidates for vacancies, you will need to create a Revelian account to apply for positions or complete assessments with those organisations.
You can then log into your Revelian account at any time to view the status of your applications, and keep your personal information and documents up to date.
Log into your Revelian account at app.revelian.com/myprofile and click the ‘My Profile’ link at the top right of the screen. In the Personal Details section, click ‘Edit’ to update your information.
Please note: you are unable to change your first or last name on your profile. To update these, please contact Revelian.
If you’ve applied for a job with an employer that uses the Revelian system, or completed Revelian assessments, you will have created a Revelian account. If you can’t remember your password, click ‘Forgot Your Password?’.
The information you enter into your Revelian account is saved and will be used for each position you apply for with an employer that uses the Revelian system. Only organisations you have applied for positions with, or completed assessments for, can view your information. Organisations will only be able to see the resumes you’ve uploaded when applying for a position with them: they won’t be able to see any other resumes you add to your Revelian account.
Your account cannot be deleted, but it can be made inactive. You can withdraw any applications you’ve submitted to employers by logging in to your Revelian account at app.revelian.com/myprofile, clicking the position’s name and checking the ‘Withdraw my application’ box.
You can also request that employers not contact you about future positions by clicking the ‘My Profile’ link at the top right of the screen and then ‘Edit’ in the personal details section, then removing the tick from the ‘I am happy for employers to notify me about future opportunities’ box.
If you are logging in at www.revelian.com/myprofile or are logging in to complete assessments, click the ‘Forgot Your Password’ link. Instructions to reset your password will be sent to your registered email address.
Click the ‘Forgot Your Password?’ link on the Login screen and try entering all of the email addresses you might have used to set up your Revelian account. When the system recognises an email address, it will display all records for that address.
Please contact Revelian and send us the following information so that we can update your email address for you:
- Your mother’s maiden name
- Your day of birth, e.g. 28
- Your month of birth, e.g. 10
- Your old email address
- Your new email address
We will update your address and send your password to your new address.
When you update your email address, we check that the address is valid using an email lookup service. If your address is not recognised by the service, you will receive an ‘invalid email’ message.
Occasionally there may be issues – for example your mail server may be down – and the service is not able to recognise that a legitimate address is valid. If this is the case, you can try using another email address if you have one, or lodge an online enquiry and we’ll be happy to help you.
You can use the same email address as someone else: if the system detects an email match, click ‘This is not me’ and enter your own information.
As of September 1 2014, Onetest changed its name to Revelian.
We did this because we thought it was time to update our name and image to better reflect what we currently do and what we plan to do in the future.
We’re still exactly the same company – everything you used to do via your Onetest account is now available via your Revelian account.
You are not required to complete your Revelian Account Profile to 100% to submit a job application. However, the more of your Revelian Account Profile information you provide, the more employers you apply for jobs with can find out about you.
